This senior role offers the chance to shape research strategy, guide high-value projects & influence key decision-making across the pharmaceutical/medical/life sciences industry. You’ll play a pivotal part in driving client growth, steering complex programmes & embedding research excellence at the heart of the business.
About the Role:
* Oversee strategic healthcare & pharma market research projects from design to delivery (covering topics including oncology, behavioural science, therapies, AI)
* Drive innovation across markets research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative & mixed methods approaches
* Build & nurture client relationships, ensuring commercial growth & long-term partnerships
* Lead & mentor teams, supporting talent development & fostering research excellence
* Provide thought leadership on industry trends, emerging methodologies & future opportunities
Experience Required:
* Significant experience leading healthcare/pharma/life sciences market research projects
* Strong track record in managing large research programmes & client portfolios
* Ability to deliver strategic insights that shape client decision-making
* Proven leadership & team management skills with a focus on development & innovation
