The Role
As Head of Strategy you will act as the glue between the media, creative and digital teams within the agency. Working across a number of brands youll be translating insights into actionable strategic and innovative recommendations that are culturally relevant and inform media, creative and digital plans and how they work together. Managing the day-to-day execution of that strategy on a project-by-project basis.
Youll be continuously monitoring and analysing cultural trends, emerging behaviours and generational shifts, be tracking competitor activity and work with the research team on social listening, tend analysis and desk research to uncover audience needs.
Youll be able to confidently present your strategic thinking and insights to both clients and internal teams, and where necessary support on new business pitch development by providing cultural insight and trend driven ideas!
