Meraki Talent are partnered with a large-scale, reputable financial services firm to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to their team in Salisbury. This is a 12-month contract and offers full-time hours and a collaborative working environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a professional environment and takes pride in delivering work of the highest standard. Recent graduates looking for their first role within the financial services industry will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the company with professionalism in all internal and external communications
* Dealing with customers over the phone and email
* Accurately process pension transfers in line with regulatory and internal standards
* Collaborate with various departments and external organisations to ensure accurate and timely processing
* Manage and administer investor, adviser, and internal instructions relating to core processes within agreed service levels
Candidate Profile:
* Pensions and/or Transfers experience gained in a Financial Services environment
* Customer service experience
* Back-office and/or financial services admin experience
* Strong organisational skills and a commitment to quality
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with third parties
