We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in their career, offering genuine progression, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to join a growing market with huge potential.
You’ll be joining our expanding Manufacturing division, specialising in the recruitment of mid-to-senior level professionals across both technical and operational functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a diverse client base across the manufacturing sector, recruiting for roles within Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Senior Leadership.
Backed by our strong reputation and established presence in the market, you’ll have the platform to grow your network through proactive business development, relationship-led recruitment, and consistent client engagement.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships, spotting new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience to both clients and candidates.
You’ll also benefit from a warm start, supporting on live vacancies from day one to help build momentum quickly.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven recruitment experience (industry experience not essential)
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and driven to succeed
• Confident managing a full 360 recruitment desk
• A natural relationship-builder with a consultative approach
• Motivated by career progression, earnings, and long-term success
The Role
• Building and nurturing long-term client and candidate relationships
• Expanding existing accounts while winning new business
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to placement
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates for live vacancies
• Mapping talent pools through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive sourcing
• Building your personal brand across phone, email, and social platforms
• Driving consistent billings through a relationship-first approach
