Community Caretaker needed in Exeter This is a temporary contract initially paying £14.10ph PAYE The reference number is: 000A DD88 / 1 The successful candidate will be a visible presence and representative in the neighbourhood, to deliver a high quality, responsive caretaking service to residents, ensuring cleanliness, safety and security as well as undertaking minor communal repairs. They will also be responsible for reporting other Housing Management and repair issues and will clean all external communal areas including entrance areas footpaths refuse areas, estate roads and drying areas.
