What Will You Do
1. Partner with the Engineering team in Chapel to understand the cost base;
2. Prepare the annual budget with European and Senior Engineering team members;
3. Post journals for the Engineering centre with offshore teams;
4. Ensure accurate invoice postings;
5. Create weekly payment runs;
6. Ensure invoices and expenses comply with corporate guidelines;
7. Prepare monthly cost centre analyses and forecasts;
8. Assist with External and Internal Audit requests;
9. Support Fixed Asset Audit processes;
10. Contribute to Internal SOX reporting;
11. Gather data for External Tax & Statutory Accounts;
12. Assist in preparing new business proposals.
What Makes You Successful
1. 2:1 Degree in Business, Finance, or related field;
2. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
3. Proactive attitude;
4. Team player with good communication and presentation skills;
5. Strong analytical thinking;
6. Ability to meet deadlines flexibly;
7. Eligibility to work in the UK.
