Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

We are looking for a Senior Manager – SAP S/4HANA Project Manager who brings high-impact delivery leadership, deep SAP programme experience, and the presence to shape major transformation initiatives. This role is suited to individuals who thrive in complex environments, are confident engaging senior stakeholders, and can lead multi-workstream S/4HANA programmes end-to-end.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and shaping critical workstreams within large-scale S/4HANA transformation programmes.
* Owning and delivering workstream responsibilities across end-to-end implementations, including scope, timeline, and budget.
* Driving structured planning around cutover, deployment, UAT, and overall change readiness.
* Assessing programme risks, reviewing team outputs, and guiding teams toward impactful conclusions.
* Solving complex delivery challenges and supporting clients through major transformational change.
* Building and managing strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
* Contributing to internal thought leadership, delivery methodologies, and proposition development.
* Leading project delivery to exceed quality expectations—for both clients and internal standards.
* Supporting business development activities within new and existing accounts.
* Coaching, mentoring, and managing teams of 6–10 consultants.
This Project Manager Role Is for You If You Have:
* Strong experience across multiple SAP S/4HANA programmes as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Workstream Lead, Cutover Manager, or Test Manager.
* Demonstrated leadership of large, complex programmes (£5–10m+) spanning multiple workstreams (technology, data, change).
* Deep understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and transformation lifecycles.
* Hands-on experience running cutover, deployment, UAT cycles, and readiness workstreams.
* Strong commercial awareness (budget, scope, roadmap).
* Exceptional stakeholder handling skills—gravitas, presence, and credibility with senior leaders.
* Prior consulting experience and the ability to operate as a high-impact transformation leader, not a generalist PM.
* A track record of leading medium-sized teams and working effectively in complex matrix environments.
Important: This is not a training/comms-focused change role. The ideal candidate is an end-to-end delivery leader with depth in cutover, readiness, and programme execution.
