Location: Havering - accessible by car (school parking) and on local buses routes
Start Date: October 2025
Contract: Long term supply, Term-Time Only, School Hours 8:30 am - 3:15 pm
Pay: £90-£110 per day

About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Early Years Practitioners for schools across Havering. This is a school-based supply role for those looking to work term-time only in a structured, supportive environment.
Work in inclusive primary schools supporting Nursery and EYFS children, including those with additional needs such as ASD and speech & language difficulties. Ideal for practitioners moving from nursery or private childcare into school settings.

Key Responsibilities
Support children's learning through EYFS play-based activities
Assist with phonics, numeracy, and social development
Help children with SEN, including ASD and speech & language support
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents
Observe and record children's progress
Requirements
CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Experience in EYFS or nursery settings
Understanding of child development and EYFS framework
SEN experience desirable (ASD, speech & language)
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK and two references
