KS1 Teaching Assistant – Phonics Support
Clitheroe | Flexible / Term-time
We are recruiting a KS1 Teaching Assistant to work on a supply or temporary basis, supporting pupils during phonics sessions in a welcoming primary school in Clitheroe.
Duties include:
* Supporting small groups and 1:1 during phonics sessions
* Reinforcing early reading, blending and segmenting skills
* Assisting the class teacher with phonics resources and activities
Requirements:
* Experience working with KS1 or EYFS
* Understanding of phonics (RWInc, Letters & Sounds or similar)
* Patient, nurturing and confident supporting young learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
