Giant Hospitality Group are recruiting a temporary restaurant manager, to cover the build up to and then the festive period in a 4* hotel - Fareham, Southampton. £17.50 hourly over 40 hours a week, with the option of live in accommodation.
Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Fareham. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the delivery of excellent customer experiences and efficient food and beverage services. Responsibilities include leading a team, maintaining quality service standards, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain high-quality guest experiences.
* Proven ability to manage and train teams, including Recruitment and Hiring practices.
* Excellent Communication skills to lead and collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
* Experience and knowledge in managing Food & Beverage operations.
* Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
