TikTok’s Global Gaming teams is responsible for building long term and impact driven partnerships with the top gaming companies and agencies across Europe to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. We are looking for a senior sales leader experienced in the ad tech industry, ideally specialised in Gaming user acquisition & engagement to lead this fast-growing sales team. The role sits as part of the Global Business Solutions Gaming leadership team and will be responsible for driving revenue and product adoption across a named book of business. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments will be key factors for success in the role.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Drive growth across the Sub-Region or country Gaming Book of Business, exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets, own strategic product adoption, understanding, and sentiment.
2. Build and lead a world-class sales team, including developing people, building organisational structures, recruiting, training, and development. Prioritise diversity and embody cultural values.
3. Lead C-Level relationships with top accounts. Ensure a regular dialog of feedback and a partnership of trust is established.
4. Manage business growth strategy for the Sub-Region or country Gaming segment. Ensure flawless execution and continual iteration based on learning.
5. Build strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders & teams across the Europe region: product, marketing, human resources, strategy, sales ops. Act as an internal source of expertise, guiding XFN efforts related to Gaming (Events, new product development, comms outreach).
6. Influence the goals and priorities of various internal stakeholders to achieve revenue ambitions.
7. Develop and enable new techniques or technologies that define the path for supporting the growth of Gaming businesses in the Sub Region or Country.
8. Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience working in or with Gaming apps/studios.
2. Hands-on understanding of ad products & technologies and related optimisation processes.
3. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
4. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
5. People and team leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
2. Experience in digital and programmatic ad sales.
