Position: CNC Miller - setter, operator & programmer
Salary: £48,000 to £54,000 per annum (£24 to £26 per hour), depending on experience, plus overtime (paid at x1.3) and benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week - flexible working hours - negotiable start/finish times
Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas

An established and growing manufacturing company who precision machined parts and solutions to various industries are on the look out for a CNC Miller (5 Axis) with programming experience who are looking for a career move. It is a small company so you'll be working within a small team and be responsible for taking a drawing and run the 5 Axis machine across a mix of mainly Heidenhain Controls using Mastercam software etc.
This role is rather unique as they produce many different parts and batches, each time machines needs to be set up from drawings so you could be changing it daily/weekly, constantly making things interesting and getting involved with a lot of programming. If you're wanting to advance your skills, especially on programming, this job will give you this chance.

Responsibilities
* Program, set and operate CNC mills using Heidenhain Controls, programming through MASTERCAM software
* Ability to program from customer drawings and models
* Produce components from start to finish working with a wide range of materials.
* Working in a high precision environment to a range of tolerances
* Working within a small turning team & liaising with other colleagues to meet deadlines
* Responsibility for managing your own tooling requirements
Requirements
* Experience in a Precision / Machining environment is essential
* Competent in use of 5 Axis CNC Mills / CNC Milling and Programming
* Experience with Heidenhain Controls is desirable but all considered
* Experience with Mastercam software is desirable but all considered
* Working to engineering drawings and models
* Ability to work to tight tolerances
* Able to work and meet deadlines
* Good attention to detail and quality
