Job Description
3. Payroll End to end processing of weekly and monthly payroll, including (but not limited to) new starters, leavers, timesheets, pension and HMRC submissions.
4. To ensure the accurate and confidential recording of all wages, salaries, and HR information in line with GDPR regulations.
5. To resolve all payroll queries as and when they arise.
6. To ensure all statutory deductions are made in accordance with current legislation and all liabilities arising from those deductions are recorded accurately and paid to the relevant bodies in the correct time frame.
7. To ensure the accurate recording on pension information and timely submission of returns and payments to the relevant authorities. (HMRC, Pensions, AOE, Childcare vouchers, Cycle to Work etc)
8. Any other payroll related tasks which may arise.
9. HR To provide an end-to-end administration service for all employment matters ensuring the highest standards of payroll and HR administration in partnership with the senior finance team.
10. To gather all appropriate data for new starters and leavers, including eligibility to work, and all other related HR duties.
11. To maintain accurate records of all relevant HR data such as, but not limited to, sickness, lateness, absenteeism and highlight any issues, where appropriate, to the relevant manager/director.
12. Store confidential information securely and in line with GDPR regulations.
13. Assist with regular review of standard contracts, policies and staff handbooks to ensure all kept in line with legislation and company practice.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate MUST:
14. Have experience working in payroll - Essential
15. Be an excellent communicator at all levels - Essential
16. Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work towards strict deadlines - Essential
17. Be up to date with all UK payroll legislation - Desirable

This role is looking to pay up to £32,000 + Parking + Pension
