Responsibilities
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Drive to client homes – driving is essential for this role
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Travel as needed to ensure high‑quality care
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area
* All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
