Planned Works Supervisor Location : Coventry Rate : £25 per hour (temporary) / £52,000 per annum once permanent (negotiable) Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits: Van and Fuel card provided plus additional employee benefits once perm, Van and Fuel supplied from Temporary Planned Works Supervisor Key responsibilities Supervising 10-15 tradesman working on a kitchen and bathroom contract Monitoring and managing the schedule of works. Ordering and collecting materials as needed. Ensuring high standards of health and safety. Liaising with contract managers to support smooth project delivery. Planned Works Supervisor Requirements Strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance. Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects on time. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
