Commercial Director – Eastern Region A rapidly growing main contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead its Eastern Region. The business continues to expand with a strong order book and a diverse portfolio of commercial offices, hospitality, hotels, student accommodation, residential, new build and major refurbishment projects, delivering schemes up to £50m. The wider group is on track for £200m turnover, supported by sustainable growth and a strong leadership structure. The Role As Commercial Director for the Eastern Region, you will oversee a business currently at £30m turnover with a clear plan to grow to £50m. You will lead a team of two Senior Quantity Surveyors and one Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ensuring commercial performance, accurate reporting, governance, client engagement and strong financial leadership across all regional projects.
