* Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
* Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients as necessary.
* Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies.
* Generate regular reports on credit control activities for management review.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Support the accounting & finance team with administrative tasks as required.
* Provide excellent customer service when addressing payment queries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
