The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
* Making outbound calls to engage and win new B2B clients
* Promoting our high-quality aluminium product range
* Building strong, long-term relationships with trade professionals
* Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
* Managing and tracking activity using HubSpot CRM
* Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing
* Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
* Target-driven with a hunger to earn commission
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
