We're looking for a Sage 200 Account Manager to join our team.
As a Sage 200 Account Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with existing customers, collaborate across teams to deliver tailored solutions, and help drive growth and value across our Sage 200 customer base.
Working to Datel’s values and principles, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing Sage 200 accounts across various verticals, building and maintaining strong relationships to gain a deep understanding of client businesses, their priorities, and strategies. This will enable you to work collaboratively to confidently propose solutions that support their challenges and ensure Datel adds value across their broader organization. You will work alongside multiple teams at Datel, with full involvement with our sales teams, and also working closely with Marketing, Consultancy, Support, and R&D.
Initially working remotely, you’ll ensure regular contact with your accounts via telephone or Teams to have meaningful and useful interactions. Without non-productive travel time, you’ll reach more customers, but when needed, you’ll be comfortable meeting face-to-face.

You’ll possess excellent communication skills—verbally, visually, and in writing—and have gravitas with all stakeholders. You should be creative, upbeat, innovative, and have strong commercial acumen in managing pipelines, understanding commercial drivers, and value-based selling. You’ll facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships, spotting opportunities and defending against competitors.
You’ll have a keen interest in technology and be passionate about using it to deliver real business value. You will maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services and go the extra mile to understand each customer’s needs to offer a tailored account management service that adds value.
