Annual Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
The successful individual will work within a multi-leader (7 in total) Senior Leadership Group setting and will be the key point of contact for support and coordination of corporate and business wide tasks including;
* Diary management
* Meeting preparation/organisation
* Support for corporate meetings and events
* Other business wide priorities when required
Duties
* Act as first point of contact for the Senior Leadership Group
* Deal with correspondence, emails and phone calls as required
* Direct and manage tasks arising from correspondence, emails and phone calls to the correct area of the business
* Ensure agreed actions from senior leadership meetings/Board are progressed and reported on in a coherent and timely way
* Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments, ensuring reasonable scheduling of appointments in line with priorities and often managing access to the senior leaders
* Prepare communications on behalf of senior leaders as required
* Develop [with guidance] the agenda for agreed meetings
* Support any strategic, planning or operational work and groups as required
* Organise and assist in planning Board and other meetings as required
* Prepare material for meetings including any papers and presentations
* Take minutes/action notes of meetings and where appropriate, proactively progress or follow up on actions arising from meetings on behalf of the relevant senior manager/s.
* Conduct or prepare any literature or research that senior managers require
* Prepare or support the preparation of presentations
* Support the Senior Leadership Group to develop and take forward financial planning and budget related work
* Support the senior leaders in the management of complaints and enquiries to ensure response times are met
* Book and arrange any travel, transport and accommodation required
* Any other reasonable tasks required that are in support of the Senior Leadership Group
The Successful Applicant
* The successful will come form a strong EA background
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Proven ability to work to challenging and competing deadlines
* Proven ability to work on own initiative
* Time management skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Negotiation / influencing skills - diplomacy
