1. Pay: £36 - £38k Basic DOE + Bonuses + Overtime
2. Hours 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota

Key duties of the Workshop Controller include:
11. Overseeing daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
12. Managing and motivating technicians to meet targets and maintain high service standards
13. Tracking vehicle progress and coordinating with Service Reception to keep customers informed
14. Ensuring operational procedures are followed to maximise workshop profitability
15. Supporting team development through coaching and support
16. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service
Requirements for the Workshop Controller include:
17. Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry
18. Strong leadership and team management skills
19. Technical background or experience in service advisory is beneficial
20. Ability to motivate team members and support their professional development
21. Excellent organisational skills and a customer-focused approach
22. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
23. Demonstration of a proactive attitude and commitment to high standards
