Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Temp Sous Chef to join our independent hotel in Tenby, Wales. Live in accommodation available Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to Supervise and train junior kitchen staff Assist in menu planning and development Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Excellent cooking skills and creativity in menu development Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Strong leadership and communication skills Flexibility to work casual hours, including evenings and weekends
