We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a fantastic care home near to Watford

The Role:
* Work closely with the Registered Home Manager, deputy managers and care team to effectively run the service
* Promote a positive culture in line with the company ethos and values
* Provide inspired leadership to the team ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients
* Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team
* Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have:
* Experience in a similar care related roles, or a care supervisor/ care coordinator role or a senior care/support worker role
* The ability to multi task and perform under pressure
* Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations
* Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
* A 'can do' attitude
