We are looking for an Account executive towork with one of our clients located in theUK: a company that provides a broadspectrum of both personal and commercial insurance products. Thepurpose of the role is to provide quotations for New Business andRenewals to assist the Branch and be a referral point for theAssistants.
The role requires dealing withclients over the phone and via email to ensure retention and salestargets are maximised through the provision of efficientcommunication & negotiation skills.You will need to havegood judgement be analytical have great attention to detail beflexibleself motivated driven & deliver excellent customerservice whilst always adhering to their individual underwritingauthority limits and in accordance with the proceduremanual.
TASKS:
* Adhereto all company policies andprocedures.
* Continuously identify areas forimprovement and provide potential solutions to the company andreduce costs.
* Deliver excellent customerservice whilst meeting customer requirements efficiently&effectively for NewBusiness.
* Understand the processes andprocedures required to provide quotations & put forwardsuitable products to meet the clients demands andneeds.
* Ensure that all product informationprovided is clear fair and not misleading allowing the customer tomake an informed decision.
* Calculate NewBusiness premiums in accordance with the specific carrier riskappetite and guidelines or liaise with insurers for allnondelegated authority business.
* Ensure thattelephone calls are answered & dealt with promptly& efficiently.
* Maintain thorough andaccurate records of all customerinteractions.
* Identify complaints and refer tothe necessary complaint handler.
* Dealing withqueries by email telephone and in person ensuring that all SLAs areadhered to.
* Required to be a referral pointwithin the Branch.
* Ensure that you remaincompliant in everything that you do; including but not limited totreating customers fairly contract certainty & vulnerablecustomers.

* Competentin windowsbased programmes; word excel outlook andinternet.
* Excellent communication skills:written and oral.

* Must have 2years minimum experience working within a broking or under writingenvironment.
