Office Manager  required for boutique finance firm in Mayfair!



This is a highly varied role with office management experience required, ideally in Financial Services. Taske will include team administrative support companywide including  international travel arrangements, expenses management using Concur as well as document production. As part of the role you will support the HR, Legal and Compliance functions. You will also work with the Investor Relations team including managing the office, providing support with marketing materials as well as liaising with suppliers. A key part of the office management experience will be managing stock levels, placing orders and ensuring accounts are up to date with Reception such as florists and key clients. You will be based on Reception with your primary focus on the running of the office.



This is a maternity contract starting from August 2026- November 2027, the hours will be 8-5.30pm five days in office.
