Job Overview
This role is based with a Facilities Management company in Petersfield. The successful candidate will carry out both planned and reactive duct cleaning, repair, and modification works across London airports, railway stations, and the South of England.
Duties
Work 4 nights per week (Monday-Thursday), typically 17:00-04:00, averaging 40-44 hours per week. Overtime and weekend work may be available.
Undertake duct cleaning in accordance with TR19 standards (training will be provided if not already certified).
Perform ductwork modifications and repairs to TR19 standard.
Safely work at height using ladders or platforms.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
Set up and clean up work sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to specification.
Interact professionally with clients in retail outlets and other environments, representing the company with courtesy and professionalism.
Follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
Experience
Aged 21 or over.
Full UK driving licence, with the ability to drive company vehicles and travel long distances.
Clean and traceable 5-year employment/education history (required to obtain DBS clearance and Airport Access Pass).
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
