Due to the continued growth, my client are now looking for a Technical Product Support Engineer. Technical Product Support are the key point of contact between our organisation and our not only our customers but their clients too, answering queries, offering advice and resolving issues. Technical Product Support has three primary responsibilities: 1. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing these through to resolution 2. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve product issues 3. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. The skills needed to excel in Technical Product Support include: • Strong communication and IT fluency • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
