Working within a dedicated team responsible for the supply and account management of a well-established blue-chip organization, this role requires a confident individual capable of multitasking, as each day presents different challenges. You will be at the core of the team, coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. A typical day may involve tasks such as:
1. Launching job adverts
2. Calling applicants to assess suitability based on client requirements
3. Conducting vetting checks
4. Providing pre-interview advice and CV writing assistance
5. Utilizing the in-house database and search tools to identify talent
6. Validating right-to-work documentation and five-year work history
If you have previous experience in a recruitment role, whether in-house or agency, this would be advantageous. However, we welcome applications from individuals who believe they possess the relevant experience and qualities for this role.
