We are currently hiring BANK Lifestyle Support Workers to join our inspiring and friendly Cornwall Community Rehabilitation Service Team, St Austell.

Our Cornwall community service offers support to people aged 18 and over living with mental illness in Cornwall.
We work with individuals to identify their goals and create personalized action plans to achieve them.
Our services include one-to-one community support, staff-led programs, and peer support groups across the county.
How you will make a difference as a Lifestyle Support Worker:
* Establish supportive relationships with service users to raise aspirations and confidence.
* Support the therapy team in delivering interventions.
* Support the development of Community Mental Health Services.
* Ensure service users' goals are integrated into care plans and reviewed regularly.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
* Assist in recruitment processes, including interviews and inductions.
* Work under supervision and guidance of professional colleagues.
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience supporting people with mental illness.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Competent in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet.
Requirements:
Driving license is essential. These roles are field-based across East or West Cornwall. Access to personal transport for travel is required.
