Bolt Technical are hiring exclusively for a well-established and growing automatic door specialist, supporting national clients across retail, commercial, and public-sector sites. This is a long-term opportunity offering autonomy, strong earning potential, and genuine career stability within a close-knit engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, maintain, and repair automatic and industrial door systems
Fault-find across electrical and mechanical door equipment
Cover a defined regional patch with door-to-door pay
Complete digital job reports via tablet/iPad
Participate in overtime and on-call rota as required (area-based)
What Theyre Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience as an automatic door engineer
EN16005 or BS7036 qualification
Valid CSCS card
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Comfortable working independently in the field
What They Offer:
£40,000£45,000 basic salary (45-hour week)
OTE £60,000+ with regular overtime (six figures achievable)
