The Role
This is a pure new business position, focused on winning and developing new customers. You'll be responsible for selling:
Workwear rental & laundry services
Washroom & hygiene solutions
Associated textile services
Customers range from local SMEs to large national accounts, across sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, logistics, and facilities management.
You'll manage your own diary, work autonomously in the field, and attend the office once per month.
KPIs & Performance
Target of 12 quotes per month
Expected 3:1 close ratio
High OTE with uncapped commission

About You
Proven experience in new business sales (service-led sectors preferred)
Consultative, value-based selling style
Energetic, resilient, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently in the field
Full UK driving licence

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary
