Job Description
What You'll Do
* Responsible for company secretarial, corporate, and administrative affairs relating to a portfolio of client companies.
* Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
* Proactively develop and maintain effective working relationships within the Company and across Client Services teams in other jurisdictions, promoting a culture of support, collaboration, and a joined-up approach to servicing clients.
* Schedule and coordinate Board meetings, including preparing agendas, drafting board papers and resolutions, preparing board packs, organizing, attending, and minuting meetings for review by the Senior Assistant Company Secretary.
* Maintain and manage a schedule of agenda items and actions related to Board meetings, and follow up with responsible parties.
* Prepare relevant documentation for and manage AGMs.
* Ensure the maintenance of statutory records and company registers.
