We are currently recruiting for our client who are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to support the Head of Supply Chain ith end to end supply chain processes across a complex and fast moving operation.
Key Responsibilities include
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers by managing supply chain queries and delivering exceptional support.
* Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers on supply chain matters, ensuring clear communication and representing Park our client professionally.
* Customer Facing: Represent the business directly with customers on all supply-related matters, providing timely updates and solutions to maintain service excellence.
* Operational Support: Assist in managing day-to-day supply chain operations, including material planning, scheduling, and stock control.
* Team Leadership: Supervise and develop supply chain coordinators/planners, ensuring high performance and engagement.
* Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to reduce waste.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyse supply chain KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, company policies, and relevant legislation.
* Deputize: Act as second in command for the head of Supply Chain in their absence
To be considered for this role you must have been operating within a leadership role previoulsy, have a strong planning background and have orked in FMCG ideally food and be able to bring a breadth of experience to my client.
