The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Cleaning team, working with our prestigious clients. If this sounds like you, and you’re willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support you’ll need to help you to succeed.
Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
* Clean and sanitise cable cars inside and out
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all designated areas
* Wipe down and disinfect walls and surfaces
* Maintain cleanliness in storage rooms and ensure items are organised
* Clean and tidy the ticket office, including desks, counters, and customer areas
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
* Refill cleaning supplies and report any stock shortages
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Is this you
* At least 18 years old
* Willing to learn and develop
* Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional
* Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
* Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team
* Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
* Willing to work in all weather conditions
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, birth certificate or a valid share code.
