About the Role
TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated Qualified English Teacher in Middlesbrough for a permanent position. Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging English lessons across various key stages, up to Key Stage 5
* Support students' individual learning needs and promote a positive classroom environment
* Implement safeguarding and child protection policies effectively
* Manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful learning atmosphere
Requirements
* QTS with English specialism (ECTs are also welcome)
* Experience supporting and teaching children up to Key Stage 5
* Experience working within a secondary school setting
* Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Excellent classroom and behavioral management skills
