You'll be one step removed from the CPO and have oversight of all of the corporate functions for this well recognised business. Description The People Director will: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals. Lead and manage a high-performing Human Resources team. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture. Provide strategic HR guidance to a senior leadership team of ~ 15. Identify and address workforce development and training needs. Partner with other People Directors across the group on a variety of projects.Profile A successful People Director must have: A strong background in HR, including having worked as a "People Director" or "Head of HR" in a large, corporate business Proven leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
