SERVICE COORDINATOR Date Posted: 15 th August 2025 Deadline for Applications: 29 th August 2025 ​ Desired Start Date: September 2025 ( minimum 6 months contract with a potential to extend further ) Purpose A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced individual to join a thriving and continuously growing company as a Service Coordinator. ​ Your primary responsibility would be working as part of the Internal Service team to handle inbound calls from our customers and deal with their requests. You will also be required to help plot and book our team of UK wide engineers jobs all over the country. Good Customer Service is key for this role whether that be in the form of email, over the telephone or on LiveChat. You will work with five other team members in a dynamic office environment and report directly to the Lead Service Coordinator. Job Role A skilled service coordinator to support the aftersales department. You will need to proactively chase outstanding quotations for approval from customers and invoice customers for works carried out. Using modern software the individual will need to schedule a team of engineers across the country for both planned maintenance. You will arrange reactive work within the customers SLA times to ensure compliance and be able to manage customer expectations by giving them realistic updates. You will provide first line support for customer and engineer issues and support the Lead Service Coordinator in all aspects including reviewing departmental KPIs and reports on a regular basis. We are searching for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and strong organisational abilities who can bring energy to the team. The Package Salary range of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience 37 Hour working week. 25 Days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays Uncapped commission and earning potential for own sales of Service Contracts and Online Training. There may be an opportunity to renew your contract after the 12 month period. ) Key Duties and Responsibilities You As a Service Coordinator, your essential duties and responsibilities will be; Making and receiving telephone calls Chasing outstanding customer quotations for repairs Invoicing work to customers on time and accurately Managing the work of a team of field-based engineers in line with contract requirements. To work alongside both the internal and external team in a professional manner Liaise with employees at all levels across all departments of the business Help to deliver departmental KPIs on a regular basis Show positivity in your work, the company and your colleagues Invoicing work to customers on time and accurately Involvement with our CRM and support system supplier meetings to improve systems and processes. While we consider all applicants, the following experiences are highly desirable for the Internal Sales Administrator position: Teamwork and Collaboration with the broader team and other departments is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office apps and modern cloud-based CRM systems is essential. Knowledge of NetSuite is desirable. Previous Experience in a Service Support or Administration Role Previous Customer Facing Experience desirable. Knowledge of the Garage Equipment Industry is desirable. Ability to spot trends in data and make informed decisions to support service strategies.
