French-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on planning, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across French-speaking markets.
The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, highly analytical, and confident managing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns with strong ROI and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage paid media campaigns across:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* LinkedIn Ads
* YouTube
* Programmatic advertising platforms
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance to achieve KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
* Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for French-speaking markets
* Write and localise ad copy in French and English
* Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and spend allocation
* Analyse campaign data and provide performance reports with actionable insights
* Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
* Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
* Fluent/native French and professional English proficiency
* 2+ years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
* Strong experience with:
* Google Ads
* Google Analytics (GA4)
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Tag Manager
* Experience managing paid social and PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Agency experience is desirable
Preferred Qualifications
* Google Ads Certifications
* Experience targeting EMEA or French-speaking audiences
* Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modelling
* Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools

Salary
£40,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
