I am currently in need of an Document Controller for a main contractor to join the existing team on helping to deliver a large residential new build project. You will be working within a project team reporting into a Project Director.
Key duties will be -
Answering technical queries on the suitable document control systems
Helping with restructuring
Day-to-day running of projects - processing documents through workflows, chasing for comments etc.
Assisting DCs on any issues they may run into
Meeting with project teams via Teams
Q/A checksKey Experience - The relevant candidates will have experience of document control systems such as ACONNEX, 4Projects, Viewpoint or Fieldview.
My client are looking to a pay a competitive day rate and they are looking to start the candidate ASAP.
My client are ideally looking for the suitable candidate to operate from site but there is potential for hybrid working as well.
