Overview
Relief Recovery Support Worker role at our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke. You will provide person-centred care and support to people with mental health needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide ad-hoc cover on the rotas to cover sickness, annual leave, training and vacancies.
* Work with service users in a recovery-focused way in line with their support and risk management plans with a person-centred approach, assisting with daily activities such as breakfast, swimming, visiting a local cafe or planning holidays.
As part of a team of skilled colleagues, you will contribute to a positive difference in people’s lives. The shift pattern includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of twelve months care experience is essential for this role.
* You will be located in the UK and eligible to work there; sponsorship under the UKVI scheme is not available and we cannot accept Skilled Worker Visas.
