Role Summary
A healthcare organisation is seeking a motivated and detailfocused Administrator to support order processing, stock control, and customer service. This role plays a key part in supporting patients, and internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Order Processing & Administration
1. Accurately process customer orders and purchase orders from order to remittance.
Raise invoices and credit notes; manage orders and invoices via Sage.
2. Liaise with client contacts to ensure timely payment.
3. Manage and oversee order fulfilment.
Customer Service
4. Provide telephone and digital assistance to patients enquiring about healthcare products.
5. Support patients throughout the ordering process and provide technical guidance.
Stock Control
6. Manage the device inventory, liaising with manufacturing to maintain adequate stock levels.
7. Handle stock maintenance including imports, exports, and stock reporting.
Quotations & Contracts
8. Accurately process and administer customer quotations and contracts.
9. Liaise with hospital administration regarding stock, purchase orders, and quotation requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
10. Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
11. Strong customer service abilities.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Superior organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
14. Sage experience preferred but not essential
15. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
