Overall purpose of the job:
* To support the Collections Manager in planning future directions of collection development at the UML in ways which balance local requirements with our role as National Research Library.
* To work with the Collections Manager and the Stock Manager in developing a Space & Storage strategy for our modern collections
* To manage the staff assigned to this role and liaise closely with other colleagues involved in collections-related matters at UoM and our partner institutions.
