About Us
The Brothers Supper is a fast-growing, family-run brand with a passion for incredible food and unforgettable experiences. From our welcoming pub to private events and bespoke weddings, we take pride in bringing people together through great service, atmosphere, and attention to detail.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and hands-on operations manager to oversee the smooth running of our day-to-day business, lead our front-of-house and events teams, and help shape the next stage of The Brothers Supper journey.
The Role
As Shift Supervisor, you'll lead from the front — serving guests, supporting the team, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly from open to close. You'll be the go-to person on the floor, setting standards, solving problems, and keeping the energy high during busy services.
Working closely with management and the kitchen team, you'll help deliver the quality, atmosphere, and consistency we're known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead shifts across front-of-house and bar, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Serve guests confidently and professionally, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
* Support and guide team members during service, ensuring standards are maintained.
* Allocate and complete daily tasks and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.
* Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall venue standards throughout your shift.
* Handle guest queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
* Support stock control, basic ordering, and communication with management.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations during your shift.
* Assist with small events and private bookings where required.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or senior team member role.
* Confident leading a team during busy services.
* A hands-on attitude — happy to jump behind the bar or onto the floor when needed.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
* Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
* High standards of presentation and service.
* Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
Why Join Us
* Be part of an ambitious, growing hospitality brand with genuine family values.
* Autonomy and trust to shape how our operations run.
* Supportive leadership who value initiative, creativity, and hard work.
* Opportunities to expand your role as the business grows.
* Company pension, staff discounts, and free on-site parking.
