An Account Director role with a creative comms agency where storytelling drives everything. The Role
You’ll own and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and lead projects from early-stage discovery through to final delivery. It’s a balance of strategy and hands-on delivery - shaping narrative, guiding creative and raising the standard of every brief.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and growing client accounts with full commercial accountability
* Building strong, trusted relationships at senior stakeholder level
* Bringing clarity and structure to complex business messages
* Working closely with the creative team to bring story and visuals together
* Managing revenue targets, forecasting and profitability
* Identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships
What We’re Looking For
* Agency experience at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
* A strong track record of leading and growing accounts
* Commercial confidence and ownership of revenue and profitability
* Experience working with senior stakeholders in a B2B environment
* A natural storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

On Offer
In return, you’ll receive a circa £50K salary, annual profit-share and a new business incentive scheme, alongside 26 days’ holiday plus Christmas closure.
