Deputy Home Manager Children’s Residential Home - £35,000–£47,000 Step into a Deputy Home Manager role where your leadership directly shapes the day-to-day lives of young people aged 11–18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This children’s residential home is Ofsted-regulated and requires a confident Deputy Manager who can lead shifts, guide staff, and maintain high standards of care. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager, sharing responsibility for safeguarding, performance, and the overall direction of the home. Before You Apply A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (Minimum) is required. You must have experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home. This role is not suitable for candidates without senior or supervisory experience in residential care.
