What you will be doing:
* Managing a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
* Delivering proactive tax planning
* Identifying tax efficient strategies
* Developing junior staff
* Liaising with directors to explore business development and expansion
* Maintaining and building valuable relationships with clients
What we are looking for:
* Proactive and commercially minded
* Solid technical knowledge of tax legislation and current issues
* Ability to lead a team
* Experience in an accountancy practice environment
* CTA qualified or qualified by experience
* Client focused with excellent communication skills
