Overview
We are looking for a team member to work 16–20 hours in our Church Street Subway store in Lancaster. Must have weekend and mid‑week availability.
Responsibilities
* As a Subway Team Leader you will be the face of our store, preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches.
* Meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Supervise daily operations and a small team of employees.
* Food preparation including bread and cookie baking.
* Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and audit standards.
* Customer service, till use, and store cleanliness.
* Stock control.
* Checking in deliveries.
* Coaching newer or less experienced team members.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service, and in a supervisory role is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, especially verbal, and a winning attitude.
