Main Responsibilities:
* Work across a rich variety of client settings.
* Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care
* Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records
* Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse - RGN / RMN in health and safety and security.
* Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
Requirements
* Must have a valid NMC Pin and UK Nursing Experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices

* Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate £24.00 - £43.50 per hour
