Overview
Provide hands-on HR support during a period of organisational change. Focus areas include employee relations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, and supporting operational managers across the Waste Management service.
Responsibilities
* Manage 5–7 active ER cases
* Advise on policy, compliance, and restructures
* Reduce absence rates through OH and manager support
* Engage with trade unions and resolve formal grievances
* Help embed cultural and workforce changes
Qualifications
* Strong background in employee relations and casework
* Confident advising managers and working independently
* Level 5 qualification in relevant area
Hours & Pay
* Monday - Friday
* Work a shift pattern between the hours of 7am- 7pm
* Between £17.79- £19.20
* Hybrid (3- days on site)
