We require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). If you don’t yet hold this qualification, we’ll invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme to help you gain the skills and experience to thrive in the role. Apprenticeship wage may vary from the advertised rate; the minimum rate would be £12.60 (VLW).

Teaching Assistant (Fixed term)
Salary: NJC 3-4 £17,615 – £17,891 (Actual) / £24,796 – £25,185 (FTE) plus well-being cash plan, pension (LGPS) and Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 31.5 per week – 38 weeks per year
Contract: Fixed Term
Start date: ASAP

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our community-focused and supportive team on a fixed-term basis. We welcome applicants with experience in any key stage group.
You’ll be asked to
